It’s that time of the year again.  With the Film Independent Spirit Awards quickly approaching Susan, Cort, and Erik have some recommendations for you to check out. Which actor tops your list for “Best Lead Performance”?  Will American Fiction take top honors for “Best Feature” or will another 2023 film take the prize?

What are your thoughts on the practice of choosing to have all actors nominated in the “Best Lead Performance” category rather than breaking it down into separate categories for best male actor and best female actor?
